Working as a charm! Speed wise perfect and easy to use... not sure on firmware support

I tried. I was hopeful. But it does not detect the sim card despite it being inserted. Sim was placed in another device to test and an it worked fine. A second sim was also tested in the unit with no luck. I followed then setup video and changed apn to match the settings for T-Mobile . No luck. Reached out to kuwfi for customer support. No response.

Beware the item slot for sim is very weak.It came off under battery when I tried to slip it into lock position with sim inserted

No way to turn on the device - Pressed the Power button did not work. Charged for a full day. All icons were blinking and flashing blue, green, yellow, red colors all day. Yet still didn’t turn on plugged or unplugged. Its manual does not mention the proper way to turn on/off either. USELESS!

It was a small and cute equipment however it was not compatible to the current carriers that I tried to get a Sim card from. So I returned it.
